Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
can i lodge the complain against the trust member who has cheated me by involving my money due to lack of knowledge? and that member now wants to occupy the same institution by pressing me hard to go out of trust and can i suspend him from the trust ? Can i remove that trust member by own step ? or any saolution so that i can get rid from that member ? I m suffering a lot problem from that trustee who is secretary and i myself as a president and it is my educational instition .

1)Yes file a police complaint for cheating (S 420) IPC. 2) You can suspend / dismiss him, as you have created the trust.
