Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Thanks a lot for your response.Let me explain clearly what exactly happen between me and my employer.

I was working for one recruiting company from March/2012 which is US based company. I worked sincerely and hardly for them and given lot of profits to them but when i came to know that they are cheating me and not treating as employee then i planned to leave them and i was searching another Job. one day i was discussing with my employer that other companies offering me the best salary comparing you then he asked me the company name and i said him the company name in which i have cleared the first round and later i came to know that my employer spoke to them by saying do not hire our employees.then i planned to start my own business from their and to leave that company once i get my commission and salary but before that they came to know about it and they planned cleverly and ask me to come office to sign the agreement and i have signed it because i need salary because i am from poor background.And he postponed the salary till December and he called me on January 2 2013 to give salary and i also went without thinking because i am in need of money their i came to know he given complaint against me and cyber crime police inspector also frightened me by saying this that and they took all information from me.And i begged lot to my employer but he is blackmailing me to give 1 lakh money and also he wants me to sign the agreement between him and me according ton his condition such as 1. I have to give profit for him $100/hr and after this profit i have to leave this field.So now i don't know what to do i am mentally disturbed a lot as he is torturing me and i already have my family problem also.So,please help me to solve this issue. The complaint is all about "Breach of Trust."
