hi, i m from maharashtara(india). my father expired last year without writing any will. my father had second marriage after my mother died. but after my father died we r come to know that my fathers second wife has cheated him, she married with my father without having divorce from her previous husband. we r the only the 3 daughters of him, two r married and one is unmarried. but nw my second mother is claiming for all the property. she claims that she and my unmarried sister are heirs for the all property excluding we, the married sisters (bcoz we r happy in our married life according to her say). Also she is not with us she is living at her fathers home and hierd a lawyer. so please help us. what shall we do? Shall we(married) have right to claim in the property and also in the all money like fund and insurance?

You can hire a local lawyer and after issue of notice , file complaint before the Police. Also file suit for partition and separate possession.
