i want to make deed of succession of our goa property and how long does it take,i have all documents ready e.g death certificate of parents, birth and marriage certificates from the church mumbai of the legal heirs ,please advise some lawyer as my property is in porvorium bardez goa.

you can talk to your lawyer and in case there is no dispute amongst the claimants, the succession certificate can be granted within months.
