Making a Will for Married person with only child and a wife

Will to be register or not ?

It can be in the plain paper of in stamp paper?

Witness is compelsory or not ?

A will can be on plain paper and does not require registration. Three witness are compulsory.

nothing is mandatory

but registration is done because it helps

witness is not required but witness is important part. it would be good if u have witness.

plain paper is sufficient.

you do not require a will since your is a small family. Wife and son only LRs. They will in any case inherit your estate each getting half share. Law does not require will should be registered. No stamp paper required the plain paper will do. The only requirement of law is that it should be witnessed by two attesting witnesses.

There is no formal procedure for WILL.It can be in any form like written on piece of stone,packet of cigrate etc.It does not require to be on stamp paper nor it requires registration.
