Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I want to know that if a man had married two times. First wife passed away and other one is alive. From first wife there was three child.....two sons & one daughter. And from second wife there were six childs....four sons & two daughters.

present condition is that the second wife has sold half of her husband's estate having her husband died without the permission of her husband's first wife's sons & she did not want to give anything to them.

I just want to ask would she has the right to do this???
