Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Married hindu woman's right to Father's Self acquired property

Hi,

I am a married Hindu woman. My parents own a house and live in it in Andhra Pradesh (registered in my Father's name). This house was constructed by my father's earning only (plus home loan) on a piece of land that my mother gifted to him 25 years ago. My younger brother (unmarried adult) also lives with them and he and I are the only children of my parents. If my father has no living will, what are my rights to that house in the sad event of his death? Will I get 50% share of the property? Can I sell my share? Or can my brother and I sell the house and share it equally? Will my mother get any share at all? Also is the sale of the house valid if my brother sells it without my permission and my mother's permission?

Thank you.
