Is there any right of my married sister on my father's property. e are 3 brothers and one sister. My father died in 2003 and left a will which mentiones that my daughter is well of hence she does not need anything

Prima facie she all the rights to inherirt equal share at par with male heir. But there are ceratin technical tactics to prvent her from getting shares. Call me at 09891406115 for further advice.
