Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Our mother expired on 30 Dec 2004 intestate leaving a property of dwelling house and we are a hindu family in western Uttar Pradesh, India. Municipal board transfered the property in the name of sons and husband. The married (1997) daughter submiited her NOC by affidavit for doing so. It was all OK. But after 02 years she filed a case against us. We use to next dates from the court instead of starting the trial. Now she has spoke us to withdraw her case uncoditional. Now this thing should not repeat in future what is procedure and documents should be obtained or submitted. Kindly reply, regards,

her statement may be recorded in court and on oath she would depose her no objection to the transfer of property.
