Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My Mother had left a registered will clearly stating that all her assets would pass on to me.Though I had submitted around 10 documents ( indemnity bond,affidavit of witnesses,etc) as required by the Fund,they still require me to submit a probated will.There is no dispute against the will.My 3 sisters are willing to sign affidavits to that effect.pls advise

Ask your sister to give Relinquishment Deed duly attested in your favour.
