my mother has regd a gpa on my brother to look after her property,and left to america.there she has written a will ,sharing all her property to her children consists of five daughters and three sons.she expired there it self and cremated in u.s.a.now my brother is not willing to give share as the mother has given gpa to him,and telling that other brothers and sisters have no right to ask for share in the property.what to do to get the share.

SPA has no value and has become null on expiration of your mother. Your brother has no right over the property. He is bound to give share to all the beneficiaries under the WILL of your mother.Go for suit for partition and possession.
Look as soon as your mother died the power is also dead and it cannot be enforced so you dont worry consult an advocate so that the advocate will help you to initiate the process to divide the property as per the will executed by your mother in your favour.
