Mr. A can execute a will whereby he would make Mrs B and Mrs C as beneficiaries and would also write in the will that after B and C, grandchildren would be equal owners of the property. as the property in Delhi is self acquired, there is no bar for Mr. A to execute a will in favour of any one. in the will, he can also restrain husband of C to exercise any control over the property.
