Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Muslim keralite,my Grandpa s property was divided 1973 between 2 wife's 7 sons 3 daughter.1son was Missing at the time of partition(no wife or kids ) property kept under guardianship of 2 eldest son of same mother.2 eldest sons also died,and their sons claiming that they are the heirs of missing person,is it true??
