When a Notarized Family Arrangement is not registered, does it give absolute right to sell property received under the arrangement ?

under the registration act, any instrument conveying immovable property more than rs. 100 is required to be registered with the registrar of documents. so, a notarised document cannot give rise to absolute right to sell the property under the family arrangemnt.

No. It still may be binding interse the parties.
