Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I have obtained Probate to the Will of my now deceased Grand mother from the High Court, Bombay (INDIA). I do not know how to execute it as it is not a Decree. In which law there is such a provision to execute it? What section as per Indian (Hindu)Law of Succession? What is the legal remedy if someone fails to honour the said Probate Order?

You may approach the concerned authorities for change of 'title of property' in your name on the basis of the Probate Order.
