How to get orignals of property.?
There is no will of my parents. After their death,in trust the orginal property papers,gold and other FDRs were placed with one of family member causing trouble. I want money but i am unable to get due to admancy of the family member. How i should legally get my share without any injustice to them?

file a suit for injunction, possession and declaration before appropriate court.

You may go for a suit for partition.

You may want to file suit for partition claiming your share. Before filing a case, you should send them a demand notice asking for your share;
You may also consider registering a criminal case under section 406 of Cr. P. C if they refuse to return your share despite demand notice.

If the property is with the one of the family member u can either file administration suit asking ur share in the property or file a petition for letter of administration.

Sent a legal notice thru a advocate and if the member is still adamant then proceed for partition suit.
