if a parson's will gets misplaced from where do he gets its copy?? and how??

if a person before her death have told her relatives and near and dear ones that her property belongs to her daughter and she doesnot have will made???what should the dauther do to get her mothers property from her brothers??her mother had published in newspaper that her sons are not allowed to touch her moveble as well as immovable property???

the status of property is important in this matter. in case the property was self acquired by your mother, the will is going to hold good otherwise the property needs to be divided equally amongst all the children. in case the will is lost and it is registered, you may apply for a certified copy of the same.
