If a person had booked a plot and he died unmarried and parents were also died and now the surviving members are a brother and two son of another deceased brother, then who are the legal heir of him and who is the owner of the plot

brother is the 50% owner and the children of deceased brother share 25% each of the plot.

Get an advice of property expert. Your entire family tree has to be drawn and the class 1 legal heirs will be the legal heirs and who are entitled to the booking of the plot legally.
