Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

A person in Tamilnadu India appoints his nephew in the US as an executor of his will. Testator passes away and the Will is Probated. Now the Executor would like to delegate some of his duties to his brother in Tamilnadu India by providing a power of attorney. Can the executor delegate fiduciary duties through power of attorney? Note that all of Testator's property is in Tamilnadu, India.

THanks
