police not taking action

We had filed a 420 case againist a person at punjab . in 1992 we purchased a property we have the general power of attorny, will , sale deed . we have the possesion of the property. now the person who sold us the property died . his father who was a retired police officer along with local land mafia people is asking for the property saying that his son never sold the property and all the documents are forged . we in turn got a 420 case registerd against the person but now the police is niether catching him nor taking any action what can be done

file case of injunction against them immediately.

you have to take a lot of legal actions simultaneously and immediately so consult your lawyer in this regard for advice
