Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
What are the precautions to be taken by my father who is 93 years old when writing a will for bequathing his property so that the will is not challenged ? is there a standard format of an indian will which can be customised to suit his circumstances ?

Your father cannot take any precaution as his legal heirs can challenge the same on various grounds . This is a practical problem with regard to Will weather registered or otherwise . Will becomes operative after the death of the person who has executed the will and he is not there to defend the same.
