Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I need to prepare a WILL to be jointly executed by my wife and myself pertaining to two properties
as we are the joint owners of these two properties.
The beneficiaries will be my son and daughter each one property seperately.
Please advise if this is correct and also if possible email standard draft of the WILL.
Thanks and Regards

there is no format of the will. You may write it on the plain paper and express your thoughts in the simple language with short sentences. Do not make intricate sentences. It must be in the language known to the executant. Handwritten will (Holograph) is the best. Avoid cuttings. Finally the most important it must be attested by two witnesses.
