Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

probate will

our father died without leaving a will. However a will was produced later by my brother and given for probat. the will is false . pls. tell us what can be the outcome of the probate case. our friends tell us either he will win or the case will drag on for years but he will never lose.Is it true that he can never lose ?

Re: probate will

You have to challenge the Will and prove it as false. The Probate proceeding will be null and void.
