Probate on will

Is there any judgement of the High Court of Delhi according to which, probate is not granted where there is a will (Registered/unregistered).

there are lot of judgement wherein it is held that in Delhi probate is not required or necessary. One is of justice K.S. GUPTA,jUSTICE J.B.GOEL ETC.
