Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

probate of will

In UAE, a foreigner can leave his assets in UAE as per his Will only if the said Will has been authorised by his country regarding terms of the Will. How can I, a resident of UAE, get my Will authorised in India, when the property mentioned in my Will is based in UAE?If I do not do so, the property shall be distributed as per the sharia law. Kindly advice.

You need to get the WILL executed first in India or UAE and get it registered in India to the law.

you may get the will executed in India or in UAE and thereafter get the same registered in India as per Law.In case of need contact personally with all facts.Professional charges are applicable.

will created anywhere will be applicable in india if the will is valid and enforceable
