Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I am probating my mother's WILL. The High court has given my sisters 14 days to challange the WILL and to file for caviet. Can they file for caviet & challange the WILL after the 14 day period is over ?? Till how long after they received the citation can they challange the WILL.
If there is no challange how long will the probate take ??
