Please help me with, What all procedures involved in getting succession certificate, and stamp duty prevails in Delhi? How long it takes to get succession certificate?

in case there is no dispute amongst the legal heirs, the whole process may not take longer than six months. the stamp duty would depend upon the value of the property for which succession is required.
