I have purchased a resale house in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai,

An agreement between seller and purchaser is drafted with a seller spelling mistake in Conveyance Deed and agreement. and now stamp duty and registration is completed.

Please let me know the process to correct the seller name in agreement.

But the Saller is live in Banglore so how i can do it

Its not a big deal,in every registrar office there will be one correction form you can file correcting and getting signature initials wherever mistakes have crept in.
