Sir, property is self acquired property of grand father. he died without any will.3 sons of his mutually divided that property and using it by writing an agreement. now after 30 years, when we wanted to disposeoff our share, sons of two other sons are objecting saying that we will not get share as per agreement nor equally but less than that. is this right? what is the legal recourse i have? what will be our share if the property is 263 yards fully constructed portions if it is divided among 3 sons. eler son died and second brother is bed ridden. they both have children.my father is the third and last son. kindly advice at the earliest. thank you
