my grandpa has three sons.Among them one son get his property share through power of attorney.Others got their shares through settlement deed.Now the son who got his shares through power of attorney registered that property to his son and wife.Now he is threatening other two sons, i didn't get any share so i am going to court.This is a ancester's property.He did not get any certificate from my grandpa regarding to give any money to him .They didi not do any share deed among them

Let him go to court and try his luck. The division of property can be established by the fact that his share is standing in the name of his wife and son. there is nothing to worry to for the remaining brothers/heirs.
