Property Will

My father has left behind a property (a flat for each of his sons). The property papers clearly say that eah person can sell his flat according to his choice without any embitterment. Recenlty i have sold my flat in the building and after some days i received a letter that my brothers have filed a cases against me which according to the property papers is not justified. Can i charge them under any section or file a case against them for this cause as it is a kind of harassment. Please Advise. Thanks

If their were no restrictive covenants on alienation, you shall have an absolute right of disposition, and noone else shall have any claims to it whatsoever.
