I want to purchase a flat with parking in Ratnagiri. The flat having purchase parking. In sale deed it is mentioned that flat 604 sq. ft having 145 sq. ft parking space. But society rised objection on purchase parking. please send the rules for purchase parking.

the seller may not be having the authority to sell the parking space.
