Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I purchase flat with parking space in ratnagiri. In sell deed it is mentioned that flat having 604 sq. ft including parking space of 145 sq. ft. But society rised the objection on purchase parking. Society member told that builder have not right to sell parking space. please send your lega; comments with proff of rules.

the seller may not be having the right to sell the parking space.

you have to see the agreement between the builder and the society with reference to bye laws of the society
