Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I have purchase the underconstruction flat from investor. Investor has taken a home loan & due to underconstruction he had paid to builder as per actual construction. I have made an agreement in jan 2011 including the clause that i will pay the balance payment before 31 jan 11 if it delay i will pay 2.5% interest/month on balnce amount. But till date i cant pay the balnce payment becoz of his bank loan & unavialbile of the NOC From builder. Now investor asking me for the interest as per agrrement. is it legal to ask for intertest without NOC from builder?
