Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
purchased educational trust and become trustee byinvesting 6 lacs initally and my partner invested only 40000 rs and became trustee.now they want to occupy whole trust property and want to remove me from trust.not only that but his other collegues has put his name plate which he has not concerned with school.what action should be taken ?
