Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I have purchased a flat in Andheri. I have made the full payment by Cheque & Demand draft.

I have taken possession of the flat & am staying here since a few months now.

Now the previous owner has come to me saying that his sons have played mischief & forged his signature & disposed off the property.

I have an aggrement which is registered.

Can this person put a suit on me ? I brought the property & paid full value for it.

Please advice

how can u purchase the flat without verifying the documents. have the sons showed you the title deeds in their favour. you need to defend your case that you a bonafide purchaser and you have paid the full consideration. you may still send in ur papers. how much is the value of flat.
