Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I have purchased a group housing society flats in resale in Noida which comes under Noida Authority, UP, India. At the time of purchasing the flat, share certificate is transferred on my name but original allottee name is still there as first allottee. As per court law, registry of society flat can be done now so what is the process of registration of society flat which has been bought in resale.

Any flat or plot is to be registered according to Indian Registration Act . It must be propely stamped and registered.
