Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

there's a question relating to The Hindu Succession Act, 1956(Amended in 2005), question is quite confusing hope i can convey it to you. There was Mr.A who had 4 children 3 sons and 1 daughter(unmarried),having 100acres of land. B(his son) without partition with everybody's consent took 10 acres out of it and formed his own business, B is also having 4 children same as his father with one unmarried daughter...now thing is it is mentioned that B died in 2006 but ther's no such information regarding the death of his father....what is actually confusing now is.. Can the unmarried daughter claim her share of land apart from her father's property from her Grandfather's property also? And please if it's possible try to tell me the points in favour and against it...the points against to the scenario are less to those i have gone through hope to get much from you...with case laws...Thanks

If your father has died intestate then you have an equal share in your fathers property with your 3 brothers.
