Redmption of Sardar sarovar bonds
My father died last year.He was holding saradar sarovar bond in his name,also second holder is my mother.My mother wants to redem the bonds? what document will be required to do this?

You may make an application to the bond issuer and complete necessary formalities as per their requirements. You may need to provide death certificate and the bond issuer may also require you to furnish an idemnity bond.

Simple,your mother can withdraw by producing your father's death certifiacte and ID proof of your mother,it is well and good if she can produce the marriage certificate.
