Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
A registered will was made in 1998. After the death of testator an unregistered will (fabricated on a blank paper in which signatures were taken many years before) was produced which is stated to be made in 2003. Can an registered will be revoked by unregistered will? Please refer some case laws.
