sir,
my mother belong to delhi and she is the only sister of four brother.mother,father are dead.problem-brothers refuse to give the money and property of her father.she married in haryana and have one son.can she get her property use laws of india .please tell me what is the percent of wwon the caseand what is the procedure.

Your mother is entitled to a share in the property under Hindu laws.You are required to file a suit in the civil court at Delhi. The chances of getting a decree in your favor depends on the presentation of your case before the court.
