how to appoint a new trustee in an existing trust deed when one of the trustee expired?

According to sec.73 of Indian Trusts Act when an appointment of a new trustee is made,every such appointment shall be in writing under the hand of the person making it. Generally a Deed of Appointment of New Trustee is made while appointing a new trustee.
