Respected sir/ ma'am

i belong to huf...we live in a house for more than 22 years but this house is on my uncles name..we purchased this land in 1972 n my grand father was alive that time...as being an eldest son property was on his name no other issues were there at that time...we constructed this house in 1987 n my father bear the expenses of its construction bcoz he shifted to delhi for business......verbally we are divided...we never claimed in that properties he has (since starting)..dat uncle lives in delhi only....he is having properties n business there....now plz help us what can we do to escape our rights?...n a lil hint abt the required documents?....

your facts are once again not clear. Please write if uncle is alive, father is alive and what exactly you want.
