Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
What are the rights of a married daughter towards her father's property which is being developed by her brothers? Her father had made a will wherein there is no mention of her name in it nor is there any mention about redevelopment. So can her brothers now deny her a share after the existing small building is demolished and a new much larger building is put up?

if it is the self acquired property of her father and the will is made by her father in favour of her brothers she has no right.
