I reside at Rajasthan, I want to purchase maximum agricultural lands within the ceiling limits in three states i.e. Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana in my own name.
Plz let me know:
01. Can I purchase agricultural lands in Punjab & Haryana in my own name?
02. What are the ceiling limits for holding agricultural lands (all type) by a person in the states of Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana?
03. How much total land within the ceiling limits can a person hold throughout INDIA in his own name?

i can understand your excitement but this is a matter where extensive research needs to be done so a lawyer suggest you the safest way to buy the land without any government or third party intervention. i suggest you see a lawyer in person as various factors need to be determined before you buy the land. the laws in these three states are governed by three different laws and unless a lawyer is retained for the job, you may not be able to get a smooth deal.
