Whether secondery evi for lost will is permissible in probate proceeding .Is petion is liable to be dismissed if not verified by a attesting witness on will.Is it required to file a original copy of a will along with a probate petition.

it is required to file the original will otherwise how can the probate be granted on a lost will that has no records.
