Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I am a senior citizen having a flat in a prime location in mumbai which i have willed to my two daughters and one son. My son does not have any children. What happens to his share of flat after his demise? Does his share go automatically to his wife? Can i state in my will that his share (after his demise) should pass to my grandchildren?(MY daughters" children) Will that hold good in law?
