Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
i am a senior citizen and a widow having no source f income.
The society is asking me on per student basis charges for keeping pg which is around 300/- and threatening me in next agm it will be 500/- in stead of 10% non occupancy charges as decided by the resolution in agm.
also telling me if i complain to any one they will stop issue me noc from society.
Kindly advice me what to do.
I AM READY TO PAY ANY CHARGES IF REQUIRED FROM MY SIDE,REQUIRE YOUR HELP FOR THE SAME
