Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Can a shia muslim having two wives give his self aquired property to one wife?...Also if the testator is alive and while writing the will gets both the wives and their offsprings to sign on the will or give noc, then will the noc be valid after the death of testator?... what are the ways to get noc?

self acquired property can be dispose off by the owner in any legal way
