Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Hi, Shubhangi here.. my mother has plot from her parents but still not on her name and again she have half part in that plot and another half owned her three brothers.
Now one of her cousin offered her money for her share and want to sign her on sale deed/agreement.. If she will do it then she have to face some legal problem from others. Even my uncle's also don't have name on that plot.Pl suggest what she will have to do?

Your mother has no right on the plot as of now and therefore cannot sigh any document pertaining to the plot. Let the plot get transferred in her name and then she can do whatever she wishes to do.
